| I've begun my sophomore year of college. And boy has it been hectic. I still have a long way to go. I'll be transferring to Pitt State in Fall 2010, that's if all goes well. So if there's anyone out there in Southeast Kansas who is going to Pitt State...GIVE ME A HOLLER! I think I've changed my major four times...or so in the last year... Though, I've finally been able to settle on one. I've finally settled on getting a degree in teaching elementary school level children. I've found that I keep changing majors because I'm interested in far too many things. If I settle for one thing, I'm only going to get bored with my life. I work extremely well with preschool through 2nd grade age children, so that helped me decide the age group. Every day would be a totally new day with them and one can do so many things! I also hold an interest in dancing. Ballet specifically. I've been dancing for 11 years altogether. I'm so excited I finally have time again to dance. Unfortunately due to pain, I'm afraid this will be my final year of dancing. I'm teaching a beginning ballet class with two 13 year old girls. They are wonderful and are learning very quickly. I'm also beginning to take over Miss Cody's little classes. There are three of them, all full of girls that are excited about dancing...some a little too enthusiastic. LoL If you have any questions...ask! Also I'm constantly trying to improve my work. Even if you don't think it's the best (which I don't expect you to) please give me some helpful advice to improve upon what I have. I'm eager to learn. |
